Recipe: Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn Margarita

Our talented bartenders are putting a Greenhouse Bar twist on the Classic Margarita to create one of our signature Martinis, the Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn Margarita. Enjoy it at the elegant Greenhouse Bar to start your evening in style – then wow your dinner guests at home with this irresistible aperitif!

You need:

  • Margarita glass
  • Ice blocks
  • Cocktail shaker
  • 50ml El Jimador
  • 25ml Pink peppercorn syrup
  • 50ml grape fruit juice
  • Lime
  • Strainer
  • Salt

Method

  1. Put ice blocks into the Margarita glass to chill the glass
  2. Add all ingredients (except salt) into a cocktail shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously combining all the ingredients
  4. Garnish glass by wetting the rim slightly, then dip the glass rim in salt
  5. Using a strainer pour out all the liquid, making sure no ice goes through
  6. Serve
