Recipe: White Chocolate & Chilli Martini

Indulge in our decadent White Chocolate & Chilli Signature Martini. As the name suggests, The Conservatory Bar specialises in Mr Bond’s favourite drink, shaken with flair and served within an elegant setting. The sweetness of this particular Martini is offset by the spiciness of the chilli, creating a perfectly balanced cocktail.

You need:

  • Martini glass
  • Ice blocks
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Your favourite vodka
  • Cinzano Bianco
  • White Chocolate Syrup
  • Red Bird’s Eye Chillis
  • Strainer
  • Chocolate shavings or Ferrero Rocher chocolate


  1. Put ice blocks into a martini glass to chill the glass
  2. Pour a double shot of your favourite vodka into a cocktail shaker
  3. Add a quarter shot of Cinzano Bianco
  4. Then measure out a single shot of white chocolate syrup and add into the shaker – this can be purchased from most bottle stores, or you can make your own
  5. Slice a chilli down the middle and remove all seeds, then throw the chilli into the shaker
  6. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously, combining all the ingredients
  7. Using a strainer pour out the liquid, making sure no ice goes through
