All our hotels operate on a cashless system. To ensure a quick and secure payment process, we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments.
How can I purchase a digital gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be purchased directly on our website. Vouchers can be used for stays, dining experiences, or spa treatments and are delivered digitally.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Our rates include both the continental and English breakfast options, which can be enjoyed in the resturants or in the rooms.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15h00, and check-out is by 11h00. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance; early check-ins can be secured by booking a room on a pre-registration basis.
Is parking available at the hotels?
We offer secure, complimentary on-site parking at Cellars-Hohenort and The Marine. Complimentary on-street parking is available for hotel residents and restaurant guests at The Plettenberg Hotel.

Do you offer babysitting services?
Professional babysitting services are available and can be arranged through reception. We recommend requesting this service prior to your arrival to ensure availability.
