Cancellation Policy
Summer (October – March) – All reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, will result in 100% cancellation fees.
Winter (April – September) – All reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, will result in 100% cancellation fees.
In the event of an early departure or a no show, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Confirmation of Reservation
In order to be valid, all reservations, amendments and cancellations must be confirmed to the hotel in writing within the stipulated periods.
Children Policy
We welcome children of all ages.
Extra Person, Child & Family Policy 2017
A maximum of two (2) adults are permitted to occupy one double room.
If three (3) adults are travelling or two (2) adults and one (1) child, a second (2nd) room will need to be booked and will be charged the single rate.
On request and subject to availability an extra bed can be placed in a Suite or Premier Suite for a child under the age of 12. An additional cost of R 1,350.00 per night will be levied, this is inclusive of breakfast for the child.
General
Check-in time is from 15h00. A guaranteed check-in prior to 15h00 can be pre-registered from the night before for an additional charge equal to one night’s accommodation.
Check-out time is at 10h00. Any requests for a late departure are subject to availability and may be subject to a late departure fee of 50% of the applicable rate. Late departures after 18h00 are subject to a charge of one additional night’s accommodation.

Group Commission Policy
- Please enquire if your quotation is commissionable or nett. If our group consultants have confirmed rates are commission to you, it is only payable once full payment for the conference, event and or accommodation including extras has been settled and only upon receipt of a commission claim invoice.
- Commission is only payable to Professional Conference Organisers, Destination Management Companies, Travel Management Companies and registered Tour Operators that can produce proof of IATA, SAACI and or SATSA registration.
- Commission in calculated and payable on Nett amounts less VAT at 14 %

Rates
All our rate are room rates single or double.
Should there be an increase in the accommodation rate, value added tax or the tourism / grading levy, you will be advised in writing of the date from which this will be effective. Kindly note that service charges are not included in accommodation rates.
A minimum of 3 nights would apply over the Festive period and Mining Indaba.
