Job Summary
The purpose of the position is to run and be responsible for all sections and sections run by other Chef de Parties effectively and efficiently.Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
- Matric
- 2-3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
- Must be hard working and dedicated.
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
- Must be willing to work shifts.
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Own transport preferable
Key Performance Objectives
- Full responsibility for the running of the section/s required,
- Ordering of products, quality, and quantity control of product,
- Performing duties and following instructions to the fullest,
- Performing job title with pride and a high standard of hygiene, and
- Resourceful, out the box thinking and creativity.
- Ensure that FCS and other Hygiene structures are followed and kept up to date.
- Training and maintaining of other chefs’ skills.
