Relax and Rejuvenate
Orange juice, tbsp.
Mash one-half of a banana in a bowl. Mix in a tablespoon of orange juice and a tablespoon of honey. Apply the mask to your face (lumps are totally fine!) and keep the mixture on for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and then moisturize.
Oil Skin Mask
Olive oil, tbsp.
Combine one egg yolk, one tablespoon of honey, and one tablespoon of olive oil (yes, olive oil) with half a cup of oatmeal. Stir well, then apply it to your face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and then moisturise.
Hydrating Facial Mask
Greek yoghurt, 2 tsp.
Honey, 1tsp. (optional)
Using a blender or a whisk, mash 3 ripe, medium-sized strawberries in a mixing bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of Greek yogurt. Continue to mix. Mix in 1 teaspoon of honey to combine the mixture. Stir until the ingredients have a smooth consistency. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse with warm water and mositurise.
This fruit contains an enzyme called papain a great antioxidant, amino acid and is nutrient rich. Paw Paw is also high in Vitamins A, C and E it makes for a perfect facial exfoliant, helping remove all dead skin cells and unclogs those pores.
Mix some paw paw in a bowl with a blender and apply to your face for 10-15 minutes and then select a option of a the mask above best suited for your needs.
Pineapple extracts contains bromelain, a mix of enzymes, and are used in skincare as it helps to gently exfoliate the skin to get rid of those unwanted blemishes and dead skin cells
Blend ½ a pineapple and extract the juice to use as an exfoliator if you are unable to just get the juice the pulp makes for a great exfoliation too, leave this on for 10-15minutes and choose the best option mask suited for you above.
