While Head Chef Peter Tempelhoff stretches the boundaries of local cuisine at Greenhouse, The Conservatory continues to serve up some firm favourites.
From Cape Malay beef bobotie to burgers with all the trimmings, The Conservatory’s menu features classic dishes made to only the highest standards. Some of our own traditions appear too – one of Liz McGrath’s personal recipes is included here.
Our grill section is a perennial favourite. Join us for lunch and try the rib eye steak or the karoo lamb rack while enjoying the view of Table Mountain and surrounds.
High tea is served from 15.30 to 17.00 every day.
We try and incorporate fresh produce picked from our gardens as often possible, to give you that local, homegrown flavour. You’ll taste the difference.
