SeaFood at The Marine

The more playful counterpart to SeaFood at The Plettenberg, SeaFood at The Marine offers diners a contemporary, fresh approach to seafood, all the while incorporating flavours inherent to the Overberg region.

Dishes, reflecting the culinary flair for which Peter Tempelhoff and his team are known,  reflect the myriad ingredients available in the Overberg. Sustainably caught seafood is presented in surprising ways, and traditional dishes are recreated with sophistication and finesse. The Rich Man’s Fish & Chips, served with a tomato salsa and paired with a crisp white wine from the Walker Bay area, is a perfect example of this.

With a colour palette redolent of sea breezes and rolling blue waves washing through the restaurant, SeaFood at The Marine is anchored by a bold, deep navy blue back wall. High-gloss tables in the most beautiful, subtle colours, including seafoam grey, a gentle hint of sea blue and seashell lilac, play with the senses and lift the stone-grey colours flowing throughout the space.
